The placements I made that were most successful for both the company and the candidate, and the placement process that was most enjoyable for the representatives on the company side and for me, were always those where I was actively engaged with an effective corporate recruiter. In those situations, we both seemed to live in the same world, we spoke the same language and we both enjoyed full throttle engagement in the hiring process.
