The placements I made that were most successful for both the company and the candidate, and the placement process that was most enjoyable for the representatives on the company side and for me, were always those where I was actively engaged with an effective corporate recruiter. In those situations, we both seemed to live in the same world, we spoke the same language and we both enjoyed full throttle engagement in the hiring process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering or related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred), minimum of 7+ years' experience in progressive global Supply Chain position, with at least 3+ years in leadership role.
Requirements: BS degree, 3+ years of experience with MRO/ indirect purchasing activities. Strong background in SAP knowledge required. Background in cGMP, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Device manufacturing a plus.

Requirements: BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field, 5+ years' experience in hands on manufacturing of finished products. Experience and training in LEAN initiatives strongly desired. Strong background and experience in CIM/Facilities Automation and Manufacturing Execution Systems required. Experience with Siemens -Simatic Step 7 software preferred. Up to 30% travel required.
Requirements: 4-year degree (Master’s degree a plus), 3+ years as a generalist ready to move to a n HR position. Labor relations collective bargaining. Some travel required.
Requirements: BS degree with at least 10 years of experience in capacity planning, purchasing, and materials management. FDA experience is preferred. A background with Oracle and/or SAP is preferred as well.
Requirements: BS degree (preferably in Chemistry), 5+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. Strong QC background, including LIMS and HPLC experience.
