The placements I made that were most successful for both the company and the candidate, and the placement process that was most enjoyable for the representatives on the company side and for me, were always those where I was actively engaged with an effective corporate recruiter. In those situations, we both seemed to live in the same world, we spoke the same language and we both enjoyed full throttle engagement in the hiring process. Requirements: BS Engineering degree, 15+ years of business management experience. Strong business acumen and financial understanding.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or Operations Management), at least 5 years of supervisory experience, at least 7 years of manufacturing experience.
Requirements: BS degree, 5+ years' experience. Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 required. Understanding of lifecycle validation.
Requirements: BS Engineering or Operation Management degree, 10+ years of Polymer or Nonwoven production management experience; 5+ years of operations management experience. Six Sigma experience strongly preferred. Up to 24% travel required.
Requirements: PhD Chemical Engineering or Polymer Scientist degree, 3-5 years' experience in industrial Research & Development environment, experience in design and development of high performance polymer materials.
