Markham, Director of Operations has over 25 years experience in world
class manufacturing as a Purchasing Manager, Materials Manager and Plant Manager.
Mr. Markham has an extensive background in plant operations especially in
metal stamping and plastic injection molding. A graduate of the University
of Connecticut, Mr. Markham is a past member of NAPM and a former Materials
Consultant. AREAS OF FOCUS - National and international human resources, finance
and supply chain logistics.
David Courtney, Director of Lean
Operations has over 25 years experience as a Senior Operations Executive in the
consumer products and OEM industries. A graduate of the University of
Kentucky with a BBA in Finance and a MBA from Pfeiffer College, David has
worked in a broad spectrum of companies including engineered to
specification and high volume repetitive manufacturing applications. David
also has an extensive background in financial management and business
modeling. AREAS OF FOCUS – Manufacturing Operations and Support, Supply
Chain, Procurement, Demand Management and Lean Manufacturing.
Mark Taylor, Executive Search Consultant
is a respected and trusted human capital executive possessing 25 years of
full life cycle talent acquisition and talent management experience with
Fortune 500, mid sized and small companies. Mr. Taylor assumed more
responsible management positions through out his career in labor relations,
operations and human resources within the manufacturing, consumer packaged
goods and pharmaceutical industries. As Vice President Human Resources, Mr.
Taylor collaborated with executive management to successfully develop and
implement continuous improvement, organization development and talent
management strategies in business turnaround, rapid growth and
merger/acquisition business environments. Mr. Taylor graduated from
Penn State University where he played football. Mr. Taylor attended Loyola
College, Baltimore, Maryland’s Executive MBA program. AREAS OF
FOCUS: pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer packaged goods industries.
