Darrell Aherron, Executive Search Consultant has over 12 years experience as a Senior Operations Executive in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry and 7 years of Leadership experience in the US Army.  A graduate of James Madison University with a BS in Chemistry, Darrell has worked in a diverse array of high volume multiple stage manufacturing environments.  Darrell has an extensive background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CMMS, and MRP/ERP systems.  AREAS OF FOCUS – Plant Management, Manufacturing Operations and Support and Lean Manufacturing.

Will Martin, Executive Search Consultant specializes in placing leaders in the Medical Device, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industries.  Mr. Martin holds degrees in both Zoology and Biotechnology, as well as a Master's of Genetics from North Carolina State University.  Mr. Martin has several years of experience working with leading biological supply and biotechnology companies, with focus ranging from Product Development to Marketing.  AREAS OF FOCUS - Biotechnology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical Industries.

Mark Taylor, Executive Search Consultant is a respected and trusted human capital executive possessing 25 years of full life cycle talent acquisition and talent management experience with Fortune 500, mid sized and small companies. Mr. Taylor assumed more responsible management positions through out his career in labor relations, operations and human resources within the manufacturing, consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical industries. As Vice President Human Resources, Mr. Taylor collaborated with executive management to successfully develop and implement continuous improvement, organization development and talent management strategies in business turnaround, rapid growth and merger/acquisition business environments.  Mr. Taylor graduated from Penn State University where he played football. Mr. Taylor attended Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland’s Executive MBA program.   AREAS OF FOCUS: pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer packaged goods industries.
