He has been a hands-on practitioner of lean manufacturing and supply chain management. Mr. Martin opened Fortune of Greensboro in 1988 and has directed the business growth to become one of the nation's leading supply chain management/lean manufacturing executive recruitment firms. David Courtney, Director of Lean Operations has over 25 years experience as a Senior Operations Executive in the consumer products and OEM industries. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BBA in Finance and a MBA from Pfeiffer College, David has worked in a broad spectrum of companies including engineered to specification and high volume repetitive manufacturing applications. David also has an extensive background in financial management and business modeling. AREAS OF FOCUS – Manufacturing Operations and Support, Supply Chain, Procurement, Demand Management and Lean Manufacturing.

Darrell Aherron, Executive Search Consultant has over 12 years experience as a Senior Operations Executive in the Medical Device Manufacturing industry and 7 years of Leadership experience in the US Army.  A graduate of James Madison University with a BS in Chemistry, Darrell has worked in a diverse array of high volume multiple stage manufacturing environments.  Darrell has an extensive background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CMMS, and MRP/ERP systems.  AREAS OF FOCUS – Plant Management, Manufacturing Operations and Support and Lean Manufacturing.
