Bill Martin, Founder
and President of FORTUNE Personnel Consultants of Greensboro, NC, Inc.
has over 20 years experience nationally and internationally in lean manufacturing
and materials environments. He has served in numerous capacities from Director
to Vice President in supply chain management and operations assignments. Mr.
Martin has been active in APICS, publishing articles and speaking at both
the local and national levels and is a member of AME. He has been a hands-on
practitioner of lean manufacturing and supply chain management. Mr. Martin
opened Fortune of Greensboro in 1988 and has directed the business growth
to become one of the nation's leading supply chain management/lean manufacturing
executive recruitment firms. Mr. Martin is a graduate of East Carolina University.

Chris Osl, Director of
Supply Chain Management specializes in the recruitment and placement
of sourcing / procurement and materials management professionals across various
industries (semiconductor, electronics, industrial manufacturing, automotive,
HVAC, consumer product, etc.). Mr. Osl's primary focus is to provide a
solution to clients by developing strategic sourcing teams utilizing concepts
such as global sourcing, supply base optimization, leverage opportunities,
commodity strategies, contracts / negotiations, total cost analysis, new product
development, etc. Mr. Osl has several years of experience with world class
supply chain operations while working with AT&T and Lucent Technologies. A
graduate of James Madison University, Mr. Osl has served in a variety of positions
with extensive experience in purchasing, logistics, E-commerce and project
management.
David Courtney, Director of Lean Operations has over 25 years experience as a Senior Operations Executive in the consumer products and OEM industries. A graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BBA in Finance and a MBA from Pfeiffer College, David has worked in a broad spectrum of companies including engineered to specification and high volume repetitive manufacturing applications. David also has an extensive background in financial management and business modeling.
